Due to the immediate allocation of resources, intellectual property, strategic analysis, consultation time, and project planning activities, all purchases are subject to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Service Acknowledgement

By purchasing any service from AxiomTechSuite.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Services are digital and professional in nature.

  • Work may commence immediately upon payment.

  • Internal review, analysis, planning, preparation, consultation scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative processing constitute service commencement.

  • No physical product is shipped.

  • Fees compensate AxiomTechSuite.com for expertise, time, planning, analysis, consultation, and intellectual property.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once payment has been successfully processed, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The following are specifically not valid grounds for a refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Budget constraints

  • Business circumstances changing

  • Project delays caused by the customer

  • Failure to implement recommendations

  • Dissatisfaction with strategic advice

  • Failure to achieve desired business results

  • Failure to achieve expected revenue

  • Failure to achieve expected SEO results

  • Failure to achieve expected search engine rankings

  • Decision not to proceed with a project

  • Failure to utilize purchased consultation time

3. Service Commencement

A service shall be deemed commenced immediately upon any of the following:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Internal project review

  • Consultation preparation

  • Strategy development

  • Technical assessment

  • Resource allocation

  • Client communication

  • Documentation review

  • Research activities

  • Scheduling activities

Once service commencement occurs, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or credit shall be available.

4. Consultation Services

Consultation sessions, planning sessions, discovery calls, software strategy sessions, AI automation consultations, cloud consultations, and SEO consultations are strictly non-refundable.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, or failure to provide requested information do not qualify for refunds.

5. Custom Work and Intellectual Property

Any custom analysis, recommendations, planning documents, workflows, software specifications, reports, roadmaps, architectural guidance, automation strategies, or deliverables produced by AxiomTechSuite.com are considered custom intellectual property services.

Once work has commenced, such services are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Providing complete project requirements

  • Reviewing deliverables promptly

  • Attending scheduled consultations

  • Responding to requests for information

Delays or failures caused by the customer shall not create any entitlement to a refund, credit, or compensation.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact AxiomTechSuite.com before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.

Any chargeback initiated after services have commenced may be considered a breach of these Terms.

AxiomTechSuite.com reserves the right to:

  • Contest chargebacks

  • Submit supporting documentation

  • Suspend all active services

  • Terminate ongoing projects

  • Recover administrative, legal, and collection costs where permitted by law

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a technical error

  • Billing errors directly attributable to AxiomTechSuite.com

  • Services that cannot be delivered due solely to circumstances caused by AxiomTechSuite.com

Approval of any exception remains at the sole discretion of AxiomTechSuite.com.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing fees may be deducted.

  • Administrative fees may be deducted.

  • Consultation time already used may be deducted.

  • Work already completed may be deducted.

Approved refunds may require 5–15 business days to appear depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

10. Right to Refuse Service

AxiomTechSuite.com reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or terminate services at any time where:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • False information is provided

  • Abuse is directed toward staff

  • Payment irregularities occur

  • Compliance concerns arise

  • Project requirements fall outside operational capabilities

In such circumstances, AxiomTechSuite.com may determine, at its sole discretion, whether any refund is appropriate.

11. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing any service from AxiomTechSuite.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
